Agree the duration or quantity, use production product and packs, include normal refills, and record all stops. Report gross cycles, accepted finished packs, rejects and the reason for lost time. Keep the weight-distribution result tied to the same output setting.
Higher feeder settings can reduce cycle time but increase carry-over, product damage or seal contamination. Accept the fastest setting that meets the agreed weight, product-quality and finished-pack criteria.
